Cancel/ No shows with less then 24 hour notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee Some appointments require a deposit, This deposit is non-refundable, appointments may be rescheduled with the same deposit if rescheduled with a 24 hour notice. If wanting to reschedule with LESS then 24 hour notice a new deposit will be required. Please make sure the date you are selecting works for you. Appointments with deposit will not be charged an additional cancellation/no show fee as the deposit will take care of that. If you are late over 15 minutes the appointment will have to be canceled/ rescheduled and you will be charged a cancellation fee Any excess makeup/ dirt that need to be cleaned off will be charged a deep cleaning fee of 25$ PLEASE NO GUESTS OR CHILDREN Please complete the client forms that will be sent out via email before your appointment No caffeine before a lash appointment as it makes your eyes flutter 30$ fee will be charged if you request an after hours/ squeeze in appointment No refunds. In the rare case of an issue occurring after service , there will be a 3 day grace period for a free touch up. Anything after 3 days may be charged full / half price.
